Please check to ensure you have entered the correct "Favorite Photo" number and not the "ID Photo" number.

Please allow 24-36 hours from our receipt of the parent's Internet order in our office, which is typically the day after the photo is taken (excluding Sundays).

Not all babies are posted. Please be sure that Internet posting has been selected by the parents on the order form and that the order has been paid for.

Photo and birth statistics can sometimes post at different times. If photo is not viewable within 12 hours, please send us a message by clicking here.

Due to hospital privacy rules we can only respond to emails from parents or legal guardians. Email requests must include the baby's access code, mother's full name, and baby's DOB.
